What we process and why

Vacancy data. Job titles, locations, salaries, links and posting dates collected from employers' public career pages. Where an advert publishes a contact address, we pass it on as published. Legal basis: legitimate interest in providing a business information service (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
Business contact data of prospects and customers. Name, role, business email and company, taken from company websites and public directories, used to offer and deliver the service to businesses. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) and, for customers, contract (art. 6(1)(b)). Marketing email goes only to corporate addresses, in countries where business-to-business email is permitted on an opt-out basis, and every email carries an unsubscribe line.

Retention

Vacancy data is kept for 12 months. Prospect data is deleted 6 months after the last contact unless you become a customer. Unsubscribe requests are kept permanently so that we do not contact you again.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing based on legitimate interest, or complain to a supervisory authority (in Finland, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman). Write to hello@rolesfeed.com; we answer within 30 days.

Processors

Email is sent through Google Workspace; the data pipeline runs on GitHub; payments are handled by Stripe, which receives payment details directly. We do not sell data.
